process. All information is required and kept confidential.
Transfer fees are $25 for non
GunsAndMore.info Members
plus $5 if no Permit to purchase or permit to carry is valid.
Members transfer fee is $10 plus $5 if no Permit to purchase or permit
to carry is valid.
Upon completion of this form GunsAndMore.info will send a signed copy of our FFL Via the Email address provided by you in automated form to the Seller along with other information you provide in the form. You should get a confirmation Email within 24 hours. If any FFL dealer questions the legitimacy of emailed FFL’s please refer them to this link. http://www.atf.gov/firearms/newsletter/1206fflnewsletter.pdf . The ATF also has a link to check FFL’s that are active at https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck When the Buyer makes payment for the firearm the Seller will ship the firearm to GunsAndMore.info . You will the be notified that the firearm is in our possession by email and you can call to make arrangement for the transfer. We are a member driven corporation and are very flexible in pickup times to meet your needs. Buyer will be required to fill out a Federal Form. Buyer will need to bring Current photo ID and if the item is a handgun a permit to carry or purchase issued by the Sheriff of your county. If it is a long gun and no permit is valid we will do a instant FBI background check. If you do not have a permit it is possible that you may have to wait up to 3 business days after the check, to pick up your firearm. We always encourage you to go to your Sheriffs Department and get that permit! If you transfer more that 1 handgun in 5 business days we are required to fill out a triplicate form to be kept on file, one copy to the Sheriff and one copy to the ATF. There will be $5 fee for this form in addition to regular transfer fees. The pickup location is Spiritsandmore at 109 N. 1st St. Suite B. in Grimes IA. |
